Description

Indulge in these delicious Baileys Chocolate Mint Pudding Parfaits featuring layers of creamy chocolate pudding infused with Baileys Irish Cream, minty whipped topping, and crunchy Oreo crumbs, all drizzled with rich hot fudge. Perfect for a quick and elegant dessert that takes just 20 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale

Chocolate Pudding

  • 1 small 3.4-ounce box Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup milk

Whipped Topping

  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup Creme de Menthe liqueur

Toppings and Garnish

  • 12 Oreos, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons hot fudge topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pudding: In a small mixing bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding mix, Baileys Irish Cream, and milk. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes to fully set and develop the perfect pudding consistency.
  2. Make Whipped Topping: In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine the whipped topping with Creme de Menthe liqueur. Stir gently until both are well blended and mint flavors are evenly distributed.
  3. Assemble Parfaits: Drizzle a small amount of hot fudge topping inside each parfait glass or dish to coat the sides lightly. Transfer the pudding mixture and the whipped topping mixture into separate piping bags or Ziplock bags with the tips cut off. Alternate piping layers of pudding and mint whipped topping into each parfait. Finish with a generous layer of crushed Oreos on top for crunch and garnish.

Notes

  • Use cold milk for best pudding consistency.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Baileys Irish Cream and Creme de Menthe with non-alcoholic flavored syrups.
  • You can prepare the pudding ahead of time and refrigerate it, but assemble the parfaits just before serving to keep the Oreos crunchy.
  • Feel free to add extra hot fudge or a sprig of fresh mint as garnish.
